This exquisite 15th century stone house, 'Tularu,' is perched on the ridge of a Tuscan hill three kilometres from Monterchi. Ringed by vineyards, there is a terrace with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The house and its gardens are tended by an outside service. Our Tuscan villa, besides having exquisite views of the hills and vineyards surrounding, is only 90 minutes from Florence and within easy reach of the many historic and famous hilltowns of the Tuscan region. 'Tularu' is within easy reach of Arezzo, with its glorious Piero della Francesca frescoes. Close access to the fascinating walled hilltowns of Siena, Gubbio, Cortona and a number of other medieval villages. Florence, (Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Veccio, Duomo, and Palace of the Medici) is only 110 kilometers away. There is also a public swimming pool in the beautiful town of Sansepolcro, 15 minutes away. We offer relaxation and living history to explore.



Florence And Hilltowns Nearby

Tularu has two separate apartments to it. Both are roomy and together can sleep some six to seven adults. Downstairs there is a living room and dining room with a full eat in kitchen and a bath. Our Tuscan villa, besides having exquisite views of the hills and vineyards surrounding, is only 90 minutes from Florence and within easy reach of the many historic and famous hilltowns of the Tuscan region. 'Tularu' is only a short drive from Arezzo, the hilltowns of Siena, Gubbio, Cortona and a number of other medieval villages. Florence, (Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Veccio, Duomo, and Palace of the Medici) is only 110 kilometers away. There is also a public swimming pool in the beautiful town of Sansepolcro, 15 minutes away. We offer relaxation and living history to explore. 'Tularu' is three kilometers from Monterchi, where you will find a supermarket, large selection of produce and the local wine. We also provide a house booklet with recommendations on nearby restaurants and places to visit.


Rates:
For our larger downstairs rental we ask 595 British pounds per week. And for our one bedroom flat above we ask 295 British pounds per week.
